Now there is no need to be afraid for the safety of the crop

Good afternoon, dear readers of the website. The review should be of interest, first of all, to gardeners, pet lovers, those who are engaged in winemaking. The presented device is designed to clearly control and maintain the set temperature. When is it needed? - Save the harvest in the winter in the cellar - Maintain a comfortable temperature in the home aquarium, terrarium, incubator. - Temperature control in the barbecue and in the electric oven. - Ground temperature control. Accelerate…

Still works perfectly after many months. Need a cheat sheet to program it.

This little guy has been running our heater and small air conditioner perfectly for the past few months. It's pretty damn accurate so far - we've held the thermometer close to its sensor, and at worst it gives an error of just 0.2°, but typically says 0.0°. If you don't want to reprogram it, you can easily customize it with the included symbol meaning cheat sheet. If you need to reprogram it regularly and can't remember a bunch of codenames for values, don't lose the cheat sheet that explains…

Not for rescue purposes

Mine took 13 months. If it worked, it did a good job. I wish there were a few more icons on the small display to make the menu system more intuitive, but I think it's what you'd expect from a cheap one. BUT once the temperature dropped by 15 degrees. It may not seem like much, but in my case everything is frozen. I found that the problem was with the thermistor at the end of the probe. I bought another one, but this time a model with an interchangeable probe. In my application it doesn't matter

Unreliable! Dangerous!

UPDATE: I disabled everything and redid all settings. The device worked normally all night. Went to work and came back with 5 dead chicks and 132 degrees on the meter! It was still showing heat! It is set to trigger at 1 degree in either direction. If the unit indicates it is off or in "cool” mode, the heat lamp/warmer socket is not powered! The device worked flawlessly for about 5 days. she was set at 90 degrees in the chick brooder for her heat lamp. switched off at 91, switched on again at…

Great for nano aquariums

I bought this for the planned aquarium I have in my small air conditioned cottage heated by a wood stove in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Summer temperatures fluctuate widely throughout the day, often with a 40ºF difference between highs and lows, and ambient indoor temperatures experience similar but less dramatic fluctuations. This of course took a toll on my planted Fluval Spec V plants: I lost my entire RCS population as well as two African Dwarf Frogs, some plants started to thaw

Works flawlessly! for temperature controller

I have 3 of these temperature controllers and 2 of the humidity models from Inkbird and all 5 work great. Setting your preferences is not difficult at all. I would suggest that you take a few minutes beforehand to memorize the 8 digits in the system program and the 2 digit abbreviation you see on the display for each of those digits. For example, in programming mode, the first digit is "Temperature Set Point" and the abbreviation you see on the display is "TS". There is a block diagram in the…

My unused freezer easily turned into a refrigerator.

We had a freezer in our garage that we rarely used. We were always running out of fridge space and started looking for fridges. The temperature control idea came to me when I was using something similar in my reef tank. It fit the bill perfectly. Installation was very easy (I actually did it while sitting at my desk). The manual was ok but the font was quite small. I just found a PDF file online and just looked at my screen. At first I tried simply running a string between the door and the…

Super efficient and easy to set up. Works perfectly.

This temperature controller is great. I like the ease of use and customization. I know some have complained that the instructions aren't that good and easy to understand, but they were very easy to set up and it all took about 10 seconds. I will try to give step by step and show how easy it is.1. Connect controller.2. While holding down the "Install" button, go to Setup.3. I like reading F instead of C, so hit the install button 7 times and switch to F if you want. I like to do that first so…
