This button machine is super cool! It's honestly so easy to use and the only buttons I messed up was user error or my trying to figure it out. The red color was a bit strange but it's okay, I think I'll paint something fun over it. Be sure to order a 1 1/4 circle punch with the machine, but the paper cutter that came with the machine broke on my first try. My little buttons look amazing and it's nice to see people enjoying my little art form.

I had to practice a little first. I've found that if I cut circles out of paper that's too thin (like tissue paper) or not wide enough to fill the circle, the thickness isn't thick enough to grab everything, causing the needle to fall out of the machine when the operation is complete. last step. I've read a lot of reviews that showed Mylar (plastic wrap) isn't very good, but the only thing I've found is that if you don't get the first part of the abs right the first time, you won't get one second chance. Because of this, Mylar is considered "bad". Some of the plastic backings had small defects in the form of protruding pieces, but they were easy to cut and smooth. My experience is that most of my buttons are irregularly shaped and few are perfect.
