The ease of use for all parties involved in our warranty claim process has been very nice! I am able to quickly navigate through my account page from any device (computer or mobile phone) at anytime during business hours without having access issues related to slow website load times. It takes some time getting used to but once you do it's easy peasy. Our customers love this software & we are using less paper than before!!   • Easy, quick interface that is user friendly with no learning curve needed even new hires can get up and running right away; ability track claims statuses easily across various departments within one platform vs multiple platforms which increases efficiency greatly especially since each department works independently yet they could still work together seamlessly because data was already captured separately per their own system prior

Great System for Tracking Warranty Claims

I love that I can manage my warranty claims from one place. I like that I can see all of my claims in one place. I can also check on the status of my claims and keep track of the repair work that is being done. I dislike that I have to log in to the system to check on the status of my claims. I also dislike that I cannot track my claims from the app. I would like to be able to see my claims from the app. It would be nice if I could track my claims from the app. I am able to keep track of my…

Review made using Tend Mobile Connect

It makes it very easy for me as an administrative assistant to be able to see all of my warranty information on one screen! I also like how they can link you directly back up to your customer's account if needed so we don't have duplicate data in our system or customers having their info twice!! There isn't anything I dislike about this product other than maybe some minor details not being perfect yet but I'm sure those will get addressed soon enough.
