Loopring [NEO] is a low-risk and progressive company, I think it has done a lot of successful business and has become an increasingly well-known stock market.
They care about their users and so they are getting more advanced on security, which is a very good and logical reason to use them because there are companies or projects in the market that lag behind when it comes to security. This means exchanges need to work harder on security, I think security seems to be the biggest problem of the world's biggest exchanges, this problem can be solved with advanced R&D.
