Review on Mopar 6822 9402AA Engine Filter by Jamar Gow
Excellent but expensive - there are other options, from good to excellent, at better prices.
Mopar is a great oil filter but overpriced. The Wix WL10060 (also available from Revain) is a step down from what I cost and I (used to be, maybe now) really like Wix, but I don't see the usual Wix quality. Presumably UFI is the OEM for this filter for Mopar. I recently upgraded to UFI 25.112.00 (not available through Revain) for $14 each. They should look and measure like Mopars in every way and I don't see wrinkles like Wixs. The oil analysis is the same for all three brands. There are a few less expensive options at Revain and elsewhere, but I want some assurance of a consistent level of quality.
