Perfect fit and seal on k24. All spark plug bushings and gaskets fit perfectly. Just remember to align the valve cover before attempting to install it. Do not push it in as you will stretch the seal. Just press straight down and if the corners don't line up, take out the washer and adjust until it's just right. You should not make new bends in the gasket. You should also replace the spark plug tube gaskets. If the valve cover gasket is hard or brittle, the spark plug gasket is the same. Get it right the first time so you don't come back later because you were lazy or because you thought they were still good because they don't leak. This kit contains 2 different types. Soft - for the K20 engine. Hard for k24. The standard will kind of get stuck in the lid, but I just used a curved pickaxe and dug it up and scratched the lid. For ease of installation, simply lubricate the spark plug bore and gasket with some oil. Then you can just glue it in place. It's not like the old Honda engines where they had to be punched or pressed in. I've used numerous imported Fel-Pro pads with no problems. 99% of the time people have problems because of user error. Just take your time and follow the manufacturer's torque specifications and tightening sequence.
