Bought these for my daughter who goes kayaking. She says they are perfect for the job. The binoculars are lightweight and can be worn comfortably around the neck. The binoculars are waterproof and floatable, making them ideal for your work or any water sport. The magnification worked well for observing sea life while kayaking. I actually returned the larger marine binoculars because the Barska binoculars were better suited for this activity. The color makes the binoculars easy to spot when dropped in water. This is a happy purchase.
