COMPLETELY useless junk
Just paid over $20 for this and now the price is reduced. I had to throw it away. I feel excluded! ABSOLUTELY useless garbage. It wasn't possible to attach it to a cargo trailer, although it's designed for that. It pinched the tire. It is almost impossible to attach a tire to it. SO overpriced. I tried to change it but to no avail so now I can't get it back. I bought a $12 mounting bracket locally and it's perfect. Installed in just a few minutes. I do NOT recommend this item!
