I changed the brake lines on my 2001 Silverado twice. The first time with steel cables, which meant I had to connect in the middle of the line on each pass. My mechanic recommended this pipe to me recently. He said that bending has become a lot easier. And he was RIGHT. I was able to run a line from the ABS in the center of the car, across the chassis, through the engine bay and across the front to the right front wheel in ONE continuous piece. Great! Also, I found out that Volvo has been using this type of brake line since the 70's as it doesn't corrode. FYI I use most 50" 1/4" tubing so I bought two packs.
