Perfect for T-Nut 3030 from 80/20 Incl. That's a good thing, because they always orient themselves correctly in the groove when they are tightened. They don't have to be inserted from the ends, which is very convenient. I ordered 200 pieces but 6 of them were unthreaded. Two of those 6 were also the wrong size integers. Unsuccessful, because I needed exactly 196 pieces.
