Gasket fits perfectly. Plus two little bonuses: 1. Replacement ring for the oil pickup tube.2. These great plastic bolts are screwed into the engine block. So these studs support the entire oil pan and gasket so you don't need a second person to install it. I still used a jack to raise the oil pan, but the threaded bolts made the job easier. You can't go wrong with Felpro.
