Clog City (do not buy if you have a company)

I've ignored the reviews on this thread as I usually find thread reviews of questionable quality, but this thread is so bad that I've had to take the time to write a review, which I very rarely do The liability of the Layering seems good, I haven't noticed any issues on that front when printing. However, the problem arises because this thread is not printed. For starters, using the same general temperature settings I use for every PLA I use in my print shop (215), I found this filament to be slightly under-extruded. Not enough to be visually obvious, but when you have pieces that interlock, it's very noticeable. Raising the temp to 235 helped and helped too. However, the real unforgivable problem is constipation. I don't know if it caused multiple clogs or if it contained debris that caused a clog that kept coming back, but it still caused 10 failed prints and prevented one of my machines from printing well on customer jobs for 3 days. . I finally did print jobs that required this filament and switched to another good filament and lo and behold I got clogged with another filament - meaning that this filament left something in the nozzle that just happened with a acupuncture needle stuck. not decide. 3 cold prints later and I believe my printer is working again but this caused my orders to be delayed by at least a couple of days and customers with purple orders switched to either a different purple or a different colour. in general. If you're a hobbyist or experimenting with prints/filaments this may not be a problem for you, but if you want filament that works properly, don't waste your time and money on it. I went through an entire roll of Prusament Galaxy Purple with no problems, so there's clearly something wrong with this thread. Yes, and the winding is terrible.

Pros
  • Pressure temperature range and diameter: 190-220℃. 1.75mm (tolerance ±0.03mm). We recommend a 0.5 mm hardened steel nozzle. Brass and other softer alloy nozzles can wear out.
Cons
  • Big and Bulky
