My Peugeot pepper grinder was bought to replace a poor plastic electric pepper grinder I bought about a year ago. The lesson here is that you only buy the best quality once. I regret not having made this purchase in the first place. Peugeot is 100 year old technology updated to the present day. This is a manual grinder. It takes two hands to work properly, but it always works. The markings on the bottom indicate the fineness of the grind. It could be the kitchen utensil my heirs will fight over when I move out.
