Robust Image Analysis Tool: Analyze 14.0
The program allows you to perform many different types of analyses that are useful in your day-to-day work. I like that the program is user friendly and easy to learn. It also has some great features that make it very versatile. Some of the tools are not as robust as other programs out there. For example, the tool that helps you to create your own templates is not as robust as what we have available in other programs. If you are looking for a program that will help you with image analysis, this is a great choice. We are using the program to analyze brain scans.
Pros
- The ability take images from multiple microscopes at one time which saves me considerable amount if manual labor hours trying t get data collected under all microscope channels simultaneously.Also being able use my existing database template system within same software platform makes life much easier
Cons
- A little less stable than others but i think its pretty good overall
