Review on CharJenPro MacBook 2018 2016 Ethernet Thunderbolt by Wayne Gilbert

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The perfect all-rounder

The size is just right for me, not too long so as not to unnecessarily burden my Mac's USB-C ports. This is one of the good companies too, I bought one of their other hubs for another computer and this one is made from the same high quality materials. It just works, no WiFi glitches that you can get with different or slower ports. Gigabit ethernet (no drivers required, I just plugged a hub into my Mac, an ethernet cable into the hub and I had internet, easy), power-through port (as well as a regular USB-C port to use with my USB-C flash drive ) and 2 FAST USB 3.1 ports, one HDMI port, and standard SD card and microSD card slots. I am in love. The beautiful dark gray color goes well with my space gray MacBook Pro. The only downside I noticed is that regular sized SD cards go in upside down and are a little tricky to remove without lifting the laptop a bit, but the microSD slot isn't an issue as it's spring loaded.
