I am impressed at how well the Firstrend System preforms.Installing this system was easy and the wireless camerasconnections to the NVR unit was flawless. The imageswere in HD color video and looking great. The daytimeimages are clear and crisp. The night images are clear as well.Of course, you'll need a HDMI connection to a TV orMonitor to get started. You know, somthing to view the video.I'm not using the cell phone features, I don't need it.The NVR was easy to configure to my own systemapplication and adjustments which I needed. The systemdoes come with default configurations, which are a greathelp in getting started. Then after adjusting the camerasangles, my setup was perfect.Overall it's a good system that is adequate and simpleto install and use.However, after a few months, the NVR System displayed an"error" notification.I contacted Firstrend via phone/e-mail and gave them the basicinformation and Yvette (from customer support) e-mailed me.And we walked though checking the NVR and it's internalhard drive's status. It was determined the problem was thehard drive.She indicated that a new replacement hard drive will be sent outwith no charges to me, Including a link to"How to installing a HD" video. For me, installation was easy.I do think anyone can do it too.As others have commented, "The customer support is great"and due really help. It is rare that you don't have to "nag"a companies "customer service", in order to get things done.High FIVE for Firstrend and it's first rate customer service.
