These items ALWAYS GO to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Yes, there are cheaper replacement parts that may or may not work, but save yourself the hassle of troubleshooting aftermarket parts. CELs (Check Engine Indicators) are often associated with worn factory caps/seals or the installation of non-genuine parts that are not doing their job properly. I had 110,000 miles on the factory cap and it still worked fine. It was replaced as a 100,000 mile preventive part by my own company. 8 years of extreme heat and cold have worn out the rubber seals and to avoid the CEL light coming on I replaced them. This is especially important for those living in controlled emission areas. CEL is a quick way to fail an emissions test (not to mention affecting the car's performance). Remember to service the PCV valve at about the same time. Most modern car valves can be removed, cleaned and reinstalled. This is a critical part of happy emission systems.
