I wasted my money in my review

I bought these because I have a painful left heel. It was hard to figure out which way to put it on. When I figured it out, I decided to wear it for a day. So, I wore it around the house. It liked to move around and bunch up. It didn't seem to have any effect. I decided maybe it was because I wasn't wearing socks. The next day I had to go to play horseshoes. I was wearing socks and the heel cup. No different then the day before. So, in my opinion, no re-order happening here.

The gel material may have an unpleasant odor over time
