Great tool used mainly alongside my business site
I like that you can create your own templates for emails to be sent out, as well in keeping track of what's been done with each client/family member by assigning them tags or flags so it makes finding info much easier when needed later down the road! Not many cons but nothing i would really dislike either way.
It was easy enought at first glance (no experience) to understand how everything works together once we got started using it. We use this program along side our website where families fill their information online before coming into see us about planning services etc. This helps keep all records organized which has made life alot more convenient since most people are not able to physically carry around stacks upon stack after stack of paper files these days.
- Easy interface
- Ease accessing different areas within same file quickly without having too scroll through endless pages.
- Can copy & paste from one sheet onto another easily insteadof manually rewriting over again especially helpful if there is data missing due o deleted clients.
- Allows me quick accessto important details suchas phone numbersor addresses
- Great user friendly designfor beginners just starting offin funeral business also
