The company was very late in delivering this product to me and when I realized it didn't work and didn't fit in my truck the support rep argued with me and was convinced that I was wrong, but he is right. It never occurred to him that maybe the wrong part was in the right box or that maybe I was right. Since the part was in my hands and under the truck at the time, it was clearly not suitable for the job. The customer service representative was right and I, the customer, was wrong. I will never do business with this company again for any reason. They NEVER treat their customers with RESPECT!
