I purchased this product and have had all sorts of problems trying to track power to my trailers (6x12 and 25ft van included). Suspension, brakes, turn signals all worked perfectly. Replaced relays, fuses etc. After seeing all the negative reviews on this product I bought a Hopkins assembly and replaced this product. All my functions on my 7 pin work now. In my experience this is a terrible product.

This harness comes with two connectors, only one 4 wire connector will fit. The three-wire plug is a plug, and the car plug is also a plug and does not fit. Luckily the 3 wire connector is for battery charge and electric brake which I don't need. But the 4-wire connector to the trailer was incorrectly connected. The left one was connected as the right one and the right one as a tail light etc. I already connected the wires otherwise I would have gone back for a refund.

I should have listened to other feedback. The trailer fork was enthusiastic, I immediately started to install it. To my dismay it didn't work properly. I turn on the left turn signal and the parking lights come on, or I slam on the brake and the reverse lights come on, and the list goes on. It took about 8 weeks to process the return (I even had to remind them) and I had to pay them shipping for a faulty trailer fork. I do not understand. It's just not right or good customer service. The company was very late in delivering this product to me and when I realized it didn't work and didn't fit in my truck the support rep argued with me and was convinced that I was wrong, but he is right. It never occurred to him that maybe the wrong part was in the right box or that maybe I was right. Since the part was in my hands and under the truck at the time, it was clearly not suitable for the job. The customer service representative was right and I, the customer, was wrong. I will never
