This is not an exact replacement. My doors are about twenty years old. The radius side fitted well. However, the square side holes did not match exactly. The hinges moved the door slightly away from the door seal. After figuring out what was wrong, aligning the door properly, and re-drilling the holes, the hinges worked. The hinges still squeaked a little, so I had to add some WD-40. As an advanced all-rounder they have performed, but don't expect an exact replacement for one on older doors. A pack of short screws was also missing.
