Can I put zero stars? Was wanting to buy another germ monitor for my living room (have 2 already) but now that my UV lamp has failed and I have bought this 'genuine' replacement lamp I will never buy any of their products again. A new lightbulb won't work no matter how many times we put it in. I go to Amazon for a replacement they sold it to me and they say this item is non-refundable/replaceable. THE? He's totally wrong! And I bought it through Revain! This is a scam. Mold (ultraviolet kills mold) is the only reason I bought these devices and now they are useless! I have already recommended these devices to several colleagues and friends, I'm sure they know how I feel now. DO NOT BUY! Throw away your device before spending money. Don't give these scammers your money.
