It is very straight forward, easy to make changes, easy to navigate and access by both internal and external customers. The only thing it could improve is in terms of navigation when searching from inside the product, need to use arrow down key too many times for one link. Also, as our data is being accessed through API which gets refreshed every day, the user interface should get updated accordingly to keep up with this change for our benefit in terms of easier customer facing features. Accessing this information is a pain point for us so we were able identify this specific functionality and use this application to address this issue. This software has helped us in finding the right suppliers for our requirements. It is very easy to use, and we have been able to find multiple suppliers in just minutes. The only thing I dislike about this software is that it does not allow you to add your own suppliers manually. So far we haven't had any problems with this software. We are using this software to compare different manufacturers and their products.
