good pen. If you're having trouble with the latch constantly releasing, read this.

Nice grip. The bottom rectangle can be moved up and down if needed to line up with the previously drilled hole. Also, the handle and bottom rectangle can "twist" a bit, so you'll need to make sure you get it straight up and down. It's okay, just don't tighten everything "inside" until you're looking at the handle from the outside. A minor issue noted by another reviewer is that the 'locking' portion of the post is detached from the 'spindle'. " that extends from the outside thumb latch to the inside handle. When this happens you won't be able to open the door! Very frustrating. After this happened a few times I went back to the instructions and found that I... missed the flexible black "cylinder" that was supposed to surround the jamb transom. I may not be using the right terms to describe everything here, but the bottom line is don't forget a flexible black cylinder with "fingers" pointing towards it install. The cylinder makes the hole stiffer and tighter for the post lock. This keeps the post lock from moving a bit and keeps it centered on the spindle. Hope this helps!
