Mine arrived in good condition. The swivel at the end has just the right strength. The grip section is actually slightly larger than the main shaft, so it feels good in my hand. It's tough - but it's expected and desired. Can't find anything to complain about and haven't used it above 80 ft-lbs yet - so can't answer the question everyone is asking (what is the max rating). But it would be nice to have it if needed! I've included a photo of it along with some other related tools to give you a sense of its size (and think about what else you might want ;-)
