Review on Logitech G G603 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse, Black by Wiktor Skowroski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

Outside of non-gaming devices, the first time I got to know the company was when I picked up their G Pro X headphones and G Pro keyboard. Headphones topchik, but sold because there are a bunch of others and I want the absence of a wire (floats even more than on mice). I took the keyboard even before bringing it to 2022, I ordered it on Amazon. I liked everything except for the tactile feedback, it’s not for everyone (I don’t want to advertise to competitors, but I liked their switches and plastic specifically on the G Pro less than on the Blood for 7k, I’m so strange here). I would have used the keyboard that way, but it went away with the sale of the last computer. In short, I got hooked on Logitech gradually and so far everything suits me. About G603: 1. The shape is super, but not ideal (I don’t know if there is something ideal for me at all, from a personal dezadder it was extremely convenient). Usually I chose a mouse completely covering it with my palm, thinking that I was playing like that, but it turns out that I still have a finger grip. I took the G603 for a new computer and bought it in an online store at random, according to the picture. In the end, I didn't fail. 2. There is no backlash of the buttons, the wheel is pressed and rotated perfectly, the side buttons are also in order. Unless when you sharply pull your finger off the side button in batches, you can hear a slight bounce of the spring, but I quickly got used to it (or the key got used). 3. The software is normal, not the ultimate dream, but not insanity either. Again, taste, most likely. I set up my ears, keyboard and mouse in it, I didn’t use any social moments, except for downloading other people’s profiles. 4. The assembly is good, the top cover is thrown off quickly, it is held firmly. The plastic is pleasant, does not slip in the hand and is not particularly dirty. After dezaddera and other soft-touch mice, this is my salvation, since sweaty rollers = sweaty hands. 5. Batteries last a very long time, I changed them 2 times in a year. And that's because the first replacement was for something dead from the mass market. 6. The weight suits me, but I haven’t sat on ultra-light mice, there’s nothing to compare with. 7. Super-cool that you can cling to the bluetooth and the whistle (plus there is a wire for a convenient whistle connection).

Pros
  • Detachable housing, good sensor, battery life, build quality.
Cons
  • Honestly? I don’t know yet what can be written down in the minuses, for the year there were no problems. The sensor is not omnivorous, but when working with good mats, everything is fine. The legs don't seem to be the most durable either, so avoid working on questionable surfaces or a dirty rug.
