I would have liked a paper guideline for the holes so I didn't have to use a level but it was fairly easy to install. It took us about 40 minutes to install both with some trial and error minor mishaps. I would have liked the bottom rack to be the same flat and thickness as the metal under the shelf but it you only place light items then you are ok. I also wished the shelf was wider and slightly deeper so my fan could fit.Pros1. Easy to install2. Sturdy for lighter items on the rack hooks3. Lovely wooden shelf4. Good instructions5. A few spare screws and anchorsCons1. Flimsy hook metal but shelf is very sturdy2. No level or tools provided3. No paper guideline for holes4. Hooks at the bottom are a bit too closely together would have liked them further apart.
