Review on Kitchen machine Kenwood Cooking Chef XL KCL95.004SI by Agata Janczewska ᠌

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

The fantasy of the "idiot" came true, and now my lovely assistant lives in my kitchen. The challenge of whipping marshmallows (he needs power and a huge bowl), meringues for meringues, or pasta - he cooks Swiss or Italian - is just some kind of miracle. When I learned from a mutual friend that he also tempers chocolate, I couldn't help but fall in love with him. And despite its power, it operates with just a moderate amount of noise; for example, if you make candy "fruits" at home, you might make a buzzing sound at midnight, much to the amusement of your neighbors (although this is no longer an issue). Because it is abundantly evident that all of this is simple, there is no use in discussing the common process of whipping cream or cream. Now that I have a Kenwood, all I can think about is getting the pasta attachments and a chopper. With the old one, I was unable to make gelatin sparkles, but I have complete faith in Kenwood.

Pros
  • Induction, operations that are not very noisy, a large bowl, astonishingly potent, and a good-looking appearance))
Cons
  • We haven't been able to locate it as of yet; let's see.
