This is the third useless item I've bought from this company that doesn't do what it says on the tin and it's starting to frustrate me with btt and the products they sell! I spend a lot of money on them and it's things like this that made me stop buying their latest BX printer, although its specs look just as fantastic as the specs of this one and see how it turned out so I did don't have to say I lost Everyone trusts this company and this brand. The only thing I've bought from them that I really like is my motherboard and my screen, other than that everything else was a big disappointment.
