Review on Electric scooter Ninebot KickScooter Max G30, up to 100 kg, black by Dagmara Domaska ᠌

One of the best offers, glad I bought it.

In general, this scooter model for the city is almost ideal. It is strong, securely welded, can easily withstand a healthy man. High-quality insulation and high-quality assembly. A lot of weight, but a very large power reserve, if you don’t need it for trips to the nearest store, but for work or just a good ride. But the scooter is purely urban, even the limit of 25 km is already sewn into it. If you want to ride through the forests, through the meadows, then this is not an option.

Pros
  • I bought two scooters for myself (100 kg) and a companion (67 kg), so the review is about two at once. At the moment, a month and a half drove 1080 km. On the second, about 500. The most important thing is that I took it out of the box and drove off. You do not need to finish anything, nor twist, nor waterproof. By the will of fate, we rode for an hour in the pouring rain through puddles and streams. Both scooters passed the test with flying colours. The power reserve is impressive. In the average energy recirculation mode in D mode, my record is 52 km (I remind you - 100 kg) (8% left), in S mode - 45 km (4% left). The companion has 38% left, so if your weight is up to 70 kg, he will definitely pull out the declared 65 km on S. Also, in recirculation mode on steep hills or just when you throw gas at high speed, it starts to slow down great (it’s very good for me personally), preventing it from accelerating and recharging. If you do not need it, just turn it off, but the speed will be hoo. The brakes are good. But if the scooter is turned off, then the motor-wheel does not slow down, and mechanical brakes are useless. So be careful on steep slopes. The headlight is excellent, it illuminates the road well, without blinding oncoming pedestrians. The folding mode is also very convenient and reliable, but you have to get used to it. At first, it leans back with great effort. Wheels 25 cm, which is also a big plus. Haven't been worn in all the time they've been used and they look like new. Bearings are original too. It accelerates well, but an adult man will only be pulled uphill in S mode. No charger is required - it is already built in. Wire, by the way, as for laptops, which is also a plus. I don’t understand why they drive on the rear wing, and on the wings in general. When driving through puddles, no splashes fly on your legs, either in front or behind. The rear wing is strong, if you don’t stand on it, it keeps perfectly, no additional holders are needed, it doesn’t even shake on bumps.
Cons
  • Complete lack of depreciation. Many jump on such scooters onto the curbs, but if you don’t feel sorry for the scooter. On bumps it shakes so that it clicks teeth. So if you want it to last longer, then it’s better to jump off in front of the curb and coast it. On the first day, he flew over the steering wheel, leaning on him with his whole body. Apparently because of this, the front wheel periodically began to move slightly sideways (relative to the steering wheel). It is treated by simply unwinding the column and returning to its original state. I took advice not to spin too much, but the wheel had to be centered every two to three days. As a result, twisted to death, for a month this problem is gone. After 250 km, both scooters began to whistle unpleasantly while riding. They say it's overheated oil seals rubbing against the axle. It was not possible to cure this problem, but, in truth, after a couple of days you stop noticing the whistle. This is not a feature of this model - a variety of scooters sin with this. There are complaints about the call. The call itself is very sonorous, people respond well to it. But at some point it starts to rattle and, worse than that, scroll. As a result, it may not work at the most crucial moment. Therefore, it is best to immediately put it on the most ordinary thin construction double-sided tape. Completely curable. Of the shortcomings, I noticed (heard) on my scooter some kind of weak rattle in the rear wheel after 1000 km. Perhaps the bearings are starting to fail. But so far there are no complaints about the ride. Many recommend changing bearings to Japanese ones just after the first 1000 km. I will unsubscribe again when I pass 3000. The scooter is completely unsuitable for driving on a dirt road, especially wet. The lack of depreciation affects bumps, and wet clay does not hold the scooter at all. Even ordinary slaps of wet mud on the pavement can lead to an accident - the scooter starts to drive in such a way that mom does not grieve. Tires are pure asphalt.
