I installed this valve cover kit on my xk8 yesterday (made tensioners) and everything was perfect. The only thing missing were the rubber washers for the center valve cover bolts (the ones on the bolt). It had large rubber grommets that mount underneath but not the ones that go on the stud - they only give you 24 of them (12 per side) for the perimeter studs, but really should give you 28 since there are 28 studs (I have just reused old ones and all was good.
