Review on 🍵 Premium Primula Tea Kettle: Stainless Steel, 3-Quart, Soft Grip Silicone Handle by Julie Bishop

Less than 5 months of ownership and today without warning the handle broke in my hand while the kettle was half full of boiling water! I have contacted the seller, Fusion Imports, for a refund or replacement. Will report how it goes. UPDATE: Fusion Imports seller takes no responsibility, refuses to help but tells me to contact the manufacturer. However, even after 5 requests, they refuse to provide information on how to contact the manufacturer. I strongly advise you not to purchase from Fusion Imports. If something goes wrong with your product, they are unwilling to help and may not understand English because they send the same "canned" answer that doesn't answer your question. UPDATE: After posting this review and asking for manufacturer information from Fusion Imports for the 6th (actually 6th) time, they FINALLY gave me the manufacturer's website[.]. I wrote a letter to the manufacturer. They didn't answer but only after 2 days a new one came! Wow what a wonderful surprise! Thank you Epoka!
