Fits most. I had to slightly undercut the rear two bottom lugs of the intake manifold and make a recess on one of the intake manifolds. The O2 sensor is close to the transmitter but doable, just needs to be lengthened. I want to read the instructions first as the EGR connector needs to be drilled out if you want to hook up to the emissions. And the EGR pipe needs to be bent and straightened. A bottom screw must be installed on the inlet first or have a right angle extension. I couldn't just do it with the universal and swing socket.
