One of the clips on the luggage net broke after just a week of use. It seems odd to me that it breaks so easily and so easily, given that this item is all about hooking and unhooking it frequently. Currently waiting for a response from AndyGo Customer Service. Edit: I've increased my original rating from 2 to 3 stars due to good customer service. They reacted quickly and initially offered to replace the grille. I politely declined because I'm afraid the clip will break again. They then refunded me the full amount in the form of Revain credit. So 5 stars for CS, 2 stars for the product. The cargo net is not expensive but I would happily pay double if the quality was better.
