Bought these to make my own quick disconnect cables as they were thicker, very good price. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the wire for being so affordable. The clamps are fantastic and have a side that allows for perfect clamping to battery terminals or screws. They also open wide. Just note that, as mentioned, this is copper-coated aluminum. This should work for my purposes and for almost any purpose of jump starting a car, especially 4 gauge wire. Overall I'm very impressed and will definitely buy them again when I need a decent set.
