Great Contact Tracking Software - Helps keep operations organized

The ability for me as an agent or user manager to see when my employees are logged into our system at work versus home makes it easy enough to know who needs assistance with support tickets. I wish there was more reporting options available outside just tracking login time since sometimes you need additional information like what specific ticket they were working on previously before sending them back out again! It has been very helpful keeping tabs on employee availability during different shifts/days so we can plan accordingly if needed without having to call someone directly. This saves us money by not needing overtime pay for extra hours worked over scheduled shift times which helps cut down costs overall while still providing exceptional customer care services all around. We have found this software extremely useful for contacting customers regarding their account details (excessive billing charges). There really isn't anything negative about using this program other than maybe some minor glitches here &there but those haven’.
