Excellent value for money and suitable for 00 5.4!

Fits well and make sure you know how to use the gasket to hold the mounting bolts in place when you start the installation. Looks great and has sealed my leaking valve cover. While there I also retightened the head bolts and cam bolts. I have over 190,000 miles on my original '00 5.4.
