Review on Easy Preventive Maintenance by Mitch Garrido
EasyPM is an excellent asset management system and service request tracking tool
This program makes our life easier by automating almost everything we do, including scheduling of repairs/maintenence to preventative services for equipment that needs it. I believe this product could be even better with some customization options. The support team at easy PM has been great in working together with me during my implementation process as well as any problems I may have had after purchase or use of this software package. We are solving issues related to managing time & money spent on non-critical repair work while allowing us to focus more effectively on critical projects where there's less room for error such as safety compliance requirements (OSHA).
Pros
- A lot can get done quickly from start point down through project completion.
- There is an abundance amount data available within system when needed
Cons
- Some parts were difficult if not confusing initially but once read documentation helped immensely
