Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.
This is simply the best machine for the home pastry chef! Italian and Swiss meringues, chocolate tempering - it's all easy now. The new whisk seems to be softer than the previous version, but beats egg whites very well and even seems to be faster. The soft mix nozzle is something unique and indispensable for making creams. The price is high, of course, but it's worth it! I highly recommend buying.
