Review on Filter under the sink Aquaphor Crystal Eco by Adam Gontarz ᠌

We use the Crystal Eco filter for 8 months for city tap water. In the process, it turned out that softening was necessary and we were advised to use a KH cartridge. However, after its installation (KN-K7V-K7), the water did not become softer, its taste changed. Previously, it was neutral, now it has a sweetish aftertaste, which not everyone in the family likes. I will not judge the efficiency by the formation of scale in the kettle, but at the exit we have water with a taste, increased mineralization and absolutely no change in carbonate hardness. And most importantly, tea / coffee made with filtered water is bad. The support service does not recognize the problem and cannot help in any way.
