I liked that you could easily add additional information as needed throughout the process. Our system did not allow it at first but we were able to get this feature added by our client, who had more experienced staff than us! Once we got it working correctly it was very easy to use. It's also very customizable which allows you to tailor your site to best meet your organization needs. Very simple implementation process with great support from both Salesforce and YES partners. This has made it so much easier for us from being paperless to having online training available 24/7.
