I installed them on the front axle of a 99 TJ Dana 30 when I was about to put the Knuckles back on the Jeep. There was about 1/4 inch of space between the top ball joint. Didn't know at the time, but that's due to a redesign of the dust seal. The new dust seal is much smaller and should be much better. just tell time so far. However, I wish they would mention it on the box or packaging as a new and improved design or something because I figured it was wrong, I'd squeeze them out and send them back. First I would do a little research. I'm glad you saved me a lot of work. But I could put the jeep back together. Completely satisfied with the product. It just needs people who know about it.
