Useful Service Delivery Platform with amazing support and response efficiency

I like that it has many features, such as ticketing system for tickets (including custom fields), email notifications & reporting capabilities are very useful tools in this platform! The interface could be improved by adding more customization options or maybe even having multiple themes available so users can choose from different designs depending of what they prefer most? There's nothing really bad about using an excellent tool but you should consider other factors too when choosing between similar products/services offered out there because sometimes price might not always reflect quality level being provided - we use these services at work since almost 2 years now without any issues reported nor complaints received regarding service delivery / responsiveness etc., however some companies may have had problems here before us due our size compared against theirs though i'm sure if your business volume allows then surely no issue will arise over time :) We're solving customers' requests quickly through great communication.

Cons
  • I'd love to see more customization options, some more themes available to choose from for the interface and maybe a few more features (like chat or video call) to communicate with clients directly over the system (we have a chat
