I like that it has many features, such as ticketing system for tickets (including custom fields), email notifications & reporting capabilities are very useful tools in this platform! The interface could be improved by adding more customization options or maybe even having multiple themes available so users can choose from different designs depending of what they prefer most? There's nothing really bad about using an excellent tool but you should consider other factors too when choosing between…

Very good software to communicate with clients

I like how easy it was for me as an administrator or user of this program, because everything that you need can be found within one application! There are many features included in this service such as ticketing system, Knowledge Base (which includes FAQs), Chat box between users/customers & employees etc., so there's no issue at any time when using this product.
