I like how easy it was for me as an administrator or user of this program, because everything that you need can be found within one application! There are many features included in this service such as ticketing system, Knowledge Base (which includes FAQs), Chat box between users/customers & employees etc., so there's no issue at any time when using this product. The best thing about this tool is its ease-of use feature while maintaining security standards required by our organization. As mentioned before if your having issues regarding training then contact them directly via email. This may seem obvious but sometimes things get overlooked especially during busy times - we realized after contacting them they were able provide us some assistance even though not much work had been done since last update from client side.
