It's easy enough that new employees can utilize it without much training or support from higher-ups at our facility, plus their customer service reps are always willing/able (and eager) help us out when we need them! Sometimes I wish they had more customizable templates with additional fields as some clients require this but overall very satisfied so far!! Great product.

We have an open medical record portal which provides access via mobile devices suchas tablets & phones across multiple locations including home healthcare workers who may not be able too physically visit doctor appointments etc.. This has helped reduce paper records drastically while maintaining full transparency into all patients' health info since everything now lives online.
