I like that it is very easy to use and navigate. It also has all of my reports at my fingertips. It's not as robust as other programs out there but still provides a lot of value. The customer service is outstanding. They are always willing to help and get back to you right away. There is nothing I dislike about this software! I highly recommend it for any organization looking for an easy to use product that will make managing their compliance efforts so much easier. We have been able to track our health care compliance efforts and be more proactive in protecting our clients from potential penalties.It has saved us time and money by allowing us to utilize our resources more efficiently.
