This thing let me down easily. It's pretty easy to install, but the installation instructions weren't accurate. I read that you only need 2 additional tools for installation, a 10mm wrench and a 13mm wrench. Well, at the very least, you'll need a Phillips screwdriver, pliers, and scissors. But otherwise it was ok. It took longer to get the additional tools than to actually install them. But once installed, the disappointment was worth it. This thing makes my tailgate fall off so easily. Much easier than the disappointment I experienced at prom. I'm sorry Jessica, you really let me down.
