I like that it's easy to use for any business size! It is also very affordable compared to other programs out there in this market space (eg., Practice Fusion). There are some things you need more training or support from their team before using effectively. For example - sometimes when trying to search through reports by date range we would get an error message saying "Error searching" but if i knew how to fix it myself then no problem at all. We needed something as simple & straightforward than traditional billing systems which can have thousands of pages/forms etc.. This program has helped us streamline our data entry process into patient records while maintaining privacy compliance standards set forth under FERP regulations.
